new construction projects

New Construction is the most flexible project type to work on. We have a completely blank canvas and we can sit down and design and plan any current and future needs. Having the framing all open allows us to minimize the use of materials, reduces installation time and gives us better options on the wire type and location needed. Since there will already be separate costs for finish work, the low voltage part of your project will not incur any considerable finish work costs.

  • All of the wiring is done right after the framing phase

  • We pre-wire each location with the right wiring for your current system needs, and anything you might choose to do in the future

  • Often times (depending on project complexity), we will rework your existing architectural plans and incorporate the low voltage system into them to help facilitate communication between any and all contractors and workers onsite.

  • Typically, we come in after framing, pre-wire the property, come back right before drywall to check all wire runs and inspect for damage by other contractors and give the green light for drywall phase.

  • After drywall is in, in some cases, we come back and install additional equipment, brackets and mounts that are required prior to paint and finish work.

  • After the finish work is completed, we are typically the last crew to work on the house and leave.

  • In some minor cases, some cosmetic touch up might be needed after we are finished, depending on the particular work done. We will personally let you know ahead of time if your project will contain work that will need any post installation touch up.

We have personally worked with many different Contractors and Owner/Builders and will be exceptional at communicating with every party needed throughout your project. If you are planning on hiring someone to install any low voltage systems, you should always plan ahead and get quotes and bids right away, before you even start framing. The low voltage system must be pre-wired before the drywall phase. Please contact us as soon as you can so we can arrange for a site visit and go over your needs.
